CAP Ass’y Welding Process

CAP Ass’y Welding Process

- Automatic MAG Wel’D M/C: 2 units
- ROBOT MAG Wel’D M/C: 2 unit

Explanation: The CAP ass’y welding line mounted on the rear shock absorber. With this, MAG welding is done to further increase welding strength after projection welding.

- Chamfering M/C: 1 unit
- Pipe Marking M/C: 1 unit

Explanation: The line draws pipes most of which are used as the body of a rear shock absorber. Chamfering is done after cutting.

Shot Ball to strike the surface of the product to improve surface roughness, rust removal, etc.
